What: A comment on the report was "He enjoys participating in games."
Comments: This is the kind of comment I would expect on a kindergarten report card! But on a high grade "Gifted Program" report?
Where: A Science question
What: "Would you like to be a forensic entomologist? Why or why not?"
Comments: Forensic entomologist? What's that?
Where: Last day of school, end of the day.
What: A dance inside the classroom.
Comments: Doesn't seem very exciting, does it? Well, it was. There were three grades all gathered in one classroom, (very) loud music playing from iPods connected to speakers (iPods are banned at our school), people snapping pictures (cameras are banned at our school) and other people playing board games, playing on computer game websites, (computer game websites are blocked by the Bess Internet filter at our school) and spilling pop. General chaos. All this while hurricane-force winds are blowing outside and the rain is flying almost horizontally.
